Μια εικόνα προσφύγων και μεταναστών να καθαρίζουν τον δρόμο μετά τις σοβαρές συγκρούσεις που σημειώθηκαν χθες στα σύνορα της Ουγγαρίας με τη Σερβία δημοσίευσε το πρακτορείο Reuters. Με μια πλαστική σακούλα στα χέρια, οι άνθρωποι αυτοί μαζεύουν τα σκουπίδια που έχουν γεμίσει τον δρόμο μετά τη «μάχη» με τις ουγγρικές δυνάμεις ασφαλείας.

Εκατοντάδες άνθρωποι που θέλησαν να περάσουν τα σύνορα για να συνεχίσουν το ταξίδι τους προς τη Γερμανία και άλλες χώρες του βορά βρέθηκαν αντιμέτωποι με την ουγγρική αστυνομία, η οποία με δακρυγόνα και αντλίες νερού υπό πίεση προσπάθησε να τους απωθήσει. Τετρακίνητα οχήματα Χάμβι του ουγγρικού στρατού, στα οποία είναι εγκατεστημένα πολυβόλα, βρίσκονται πλέον κοντά στα σύνορα της Ουγγαρίας με τη Σερβία.
