Τουλάχιστον 92 άνθρωποι τραυματίσθηκαν σήμερα σε συγκρούσεις, όταν η αστυνομία θέλησε να εμποδίσει τη διεξαγωγή του δημοψηφίσματος για την ανεξαρτησία στην Καταλονία, ανακοίνωσαν οι υπηρεσίες υγείας της περιφέρειας.

Συνολικά «465 πρόσωπα δέχθηκαν ιατρική βοήθεια», δήλωσε μια εκπρόσωπος των υπηρεσιών αυτών.

Η ίδια πρόσθεσε πως απ’ όσα γνωρίζει δύο άνθρωποι βρίσκονται σε σοβαρή κατάσταση, ένας άνδρας που υπέστη έμφραγμα στη διάρκεια επέμβασης της αστυνομίας στη Λερίντα, περίπου 150 χλμ. δυτικά της Βαρκελόνης, και ένα πρόσωπο που έχει τραυματισθεί στο μάτι.

Το υπουργείο Εσωτερικών ανέφερε από την πλευρά του πως έχουν τραυματισθεί εννέα αστυνομικοί και τρεις πολιτοφύλακες.
