A little bit of red for a Wednesday. I’m making prototype mugs right now, so there’s not much to share on that front until I’m a little further along. I’m interested in using glaze as a glue to hold two ceramic pieces together. Anyone have a recipe for such a glaze? Low fire, ~06-04, I’m thinking and it wouldn’t melt a whole lot. Take a look at Peter Christian Johnson’s (@peterchristianjohnson) latest work with the scaffolding type structures that have a viscous glaze melting over them. Something like that maybe?
